A native of Minneapolis, Allison has been a member of the Duffy & Partners design team since early 2006 and was hand picked by Joe Duffy and Dan Olson based on the brilliant design portfolio she developed in her short formal career. Allison graduated after two years at Brainco portfolio school in Minneapolis in December 2005, and before that studied fine art at the College of Visual Arts in St. Paul.
Allison’s illustrative talents have been realized in a variety of branding experiences including the Thymes Sweetleaf Baby line, t-shirts and re-usable shopping bags for the 2008 Mill City Farmers Market, and the 2009 “White Christmas” Duffy wine bottle. She has done work for brands including Panera, Jack in the Box restaurants, American Eagle Outfitters, Shock Doctor, and New French Bakery.
In her spare time Allison likes to knit while watching hilariously bad 80s movies, win bar trivia, wedge herself into sweaty crowds to see her favorite bands, roller skate to old school funk music, photograph her absolutely perfect nephews, and collect vintage mid-century modern furniture for her South Minneapolis home.
