Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting one of the AIGA's bi-monthly Stimulatte events here at Duffy. In attendance were 26 design students from schools around the Twin Cities area, all gathered at our big wooden conference table to indulge themselves in some good design conversation and candy. Leading the presentation was Joseph Duffy who spoke about our fundamental design philosophy and some of our past work. Ashley Hudson commented on the breadth of the design industry and the number of key players that make a great design studio function, and I brought in my portfolio to touch base on the importance of presenting yourself as a brand when job searching after graduation.
